YOUR MOVE. YOUR INFORMATION.
Know what
travels with you.
What AllHere stores, what a shared link reveals, and how to manage your information.
Your account and inventory
AllHere uses Base44 to manage sign-in, store your inventory, and hold the photos you upload. Your account includes the email address you use to sign in.
Your inventory contains the details you enter: item names, types, rooms, contents, notes, declared values, pre-move photos, arrival photos, and arrival status. These details support your inventory, labels, and reports.
Camera access and photos
The scanner asks for camera access when you choose Start camera. It reads QR labels to find an item and mark it as arrived. You can stop the camera, leave the Scan screen, or enter an item code manually.
Pre-move and arrival photos you choose to upload are stored in private file storage. The app requests temporary viewing links for an authorized item report. Your photos are excluded from shared move links.
Choose when to share
Anyone with an active shared move link can view item names, types, rooms, contents, and arrival statuses, along with item counts and progress by room. Share links exclude your notes, photos, declared values, and account details.
New share links expire after 30 days. You can revoke an active link in Settings to stop future access. Revoking a link cannot remove information someone has already copied.
The copies you make
Exports and reports can contain inventory details, including information excluded from shared move links. Email summaries are sent to your account email when you request them and can include a share link.
Downloaded files, printed labels, and emails remain wherever you save or send them. Account deletion and link revocation do not remove those copies.
The downloadable QR-label PDF uses QuickChart to generate QR images from item codes. Those requests do not include item names, notes, declared values, or photos.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion in Settings. The app saves the request and stops sharing before proceeding.
If your inventory has no uploaded photos, AllHere attempts to remove your inventory, share links, and account, then verifies removal before reporting completion.
Accounts with uploaded photos
Photo removal currently requires a supported cleanup process from Base44. Your deletion request is saved, but it is not processed automatically. Your account and photos remain until that cleanup can be completed. Settings shows the pending status; submitting the request does not mean deletion is complete.
