Terms of Service
The rules for using AllHere, including free beta access, shared moves, and the limits of inventory reports.
About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AllHere website and app. AllHere is operated by Dual Ducks, based in Georgia, United States. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Dual Ducks. You can contact us at hello@allhereapp.com.
By creating an account or using AllHere, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter this agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use AllHere for another person or an organization, you must have authority to act for them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
What AllHere does
AllHere helps you organize moving inventories, attach QR labels, record arrivals, collaborate with helpers, and prepare exports and reports. It records information that you and other authorized users supply.
AllHere is not a moving company, insurer, insurance broker, appraiser, or delivery-verification service. A scan, arrival mark, timestamp, photo, or report does not independently prove physical delivery, an item's condition, ownership, or value. Declared values are supplied by users. An insurance inventory report is an organizational document, not an appraisal, insurance coverage, or a guarantee that an insurer will accept or pay a claim.
Check your records and keep independent copies of important documents. Follow your mover's and insurer's requirements for receipts, valuations, notices, claims, and evidence.
Your account and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and keep control of your email address and sign-in credentials. Use individual accounts and invitations for helpers. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Use AllHere lawfully and only for information you are allowed to manage. Do not upload unlawful content, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate someone, send abusive invitations, introduce malicious code, probe or bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
Do not treat AllHere as your only copy of important information or use it as a safety-critical system. You are responsible for deciding what to photograph, record, print, download, and share.
Free access during beta
During the current beta, every move has unlimited items and all reports are free, including the insurance inventory PDF, item photo reports, move manifest, and email summary. This access applies to owners and accepted helpers. There is no 10-item limit or Free/Pro feature restriction during beta.
No payment is required for beta access, and new checkout purchases are disabled. Free beta access does not create a subscription, recurring payment, or authorization to charge you later. Technical limits on individual files, imports, and requests still apply.
Existing paid and grandfathered access records are retained. The beta does not erase a prior purchase or its records, and no new purchase is needed to use its features. Questions about earlier payments and refunds are handled as described below.
We have not announced a beta end date or future pricing in these terms. If paid features are offered later, their terms and price will be presented before any new purchase. Beta access is not a promise of indefinite service availability.
Payment questions and refund requests
For an accidental charge, duplicate payment, access problem, or refund request, email hello@allhereapp.com with the account email and relevant receipt or transaction identifier. Do not send a full card number or card security code.
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances and applicable law. We do not promise automatic refunds or impose a fixed request window in these terms. Nothing here removes any cancellation, refund, charge-dispute, or other consumer right that applicable law provides.
Move owners, helpers, and invitations
The owner manages a move's details, addresses, date, reminders, invitations, and public share links. Owners should invite only people they trust with the full inventory. An invite is tied to the entered email address; the recipient must sign in with that email to accept. Unused invitations expire after seven days. Sending an invitation emails the entered address and also provides a link to copy. If the email cannot be sent, the app shows that status and lets the owner share the link manually.
Accepted helpers can view addresses, notes, declared values, and photos; add, edit, and delete inventory items; upload photos; scan arrivals; print labels; and export the reports available to that move. Helpers must have the owner's permission for the changes and copies they make. The owner can see helper email addresses.
Accepted access continues until revoked by the owner, ended by the helper leaving, or ended through account deletion. The seven-day invitation expiry does not automatically remove an accepted helper. Leaving or deleting a helper account does not delete contributions already added to the owner's move. Contact the owner if you need a contribution removed.
Your content and our permission to use it
You retain whatever rights you have in the information, photos, and other content you provide. Uploading content does not transfer those rights to Dual Ducks. You confirm that you have the permissions needed to upload it and make it available to the move's owner, helpers, or other recipients you choose.
You give Dual Ducks permission to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and support AllHere as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy. This includes generating labels and reports, making content available to authorized collaborators, honoring your sharing choices, and processing it through service providers. This is a service license, not permission to use your inventory to promote unrelated products.
When you contribute to someone else's move, you authorize the service to keep that contribution with the move after you leave or delete your account, subject to applicable privacy rights. The retention and deletion limits in the Privacy Policy still apply.
Public links, reports, and copies
A public share link grants read-only access to selected move and inventory information to anyone who has the link. New links expire after 30 days; some legacy links remain active until revoked. Review the Privacy Policy's sharing section before distributing a link.
Downloaded reports, CSV files, photos, printed labels, screenshots, and emails can remain outside AllHere. Revoking a link or helper membership cannot recall those copies. Temporary photo links already issued may also work until they expire. You are responsible for sharing and storing copies appropriately.
Availability and changes
AllHere depends on internet connectivity, your device, and services such as Base44. Errors, maintenance, provider outages, or delayed notifications can interrupt features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every record, scan, reminder, or report will be accurate or timely.
We may update features, fix problems, or change the service. Free beta access and any earlier one-time payment are not promises of indefinite hosting or service availability. Nothing in this section excludes a warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leaving, deletion, and restricted access
You may stop using AllHere, leave a shared move in Move settings, or request account deletion in Account settings. Deleting an owner account ends other people's access to that owner's moves. Deleting a helper account leaves the other owner's inventory and the helper's contributions intact.
Stored photos can prevent deletion from finishing
Deleting an inventory item does not purge its uploaded photo files. Account deletion saves a request and stops sharing and collaboration, but stored photos or unresolved upload records require a supported manual platform cleanup process. The app cannot currently complete that cleanup automatically. Your account and photos remain until it is resolved. Review the deletion limits and contact hello@allhereapp.com for help.
We may restrict access when needed to address a security threat, unlawful use, a material violation of these terms, or a legal obligation. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error. Any applicable rights to your information, refunds, or other remedies remain in place.
Applicable law and your rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, except where the mandatory consumer laws applicable to you require otherwise. Nothing in these terms takes away rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If a problem arises, contact hello@allhereapp.com so we can review it. Contacting us does not require you to give up any right to seek help from a regulator, payment provider, or court.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as AllHere changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here, with additional notice or agreement where required by applicable law. Review changes before continuing to use affected features.
For questions about these terms, payments, or the service, contact Dual Ducks, Georgia, United States, at hello@allhereapp.com.
